You can exchange your products but only if its undamaged and if it includes the original labels and the original packaging. Within 30 days after delivery the product has to be send back to Shop for Covers Tweelingenlaan 98, 7324BP, Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. The costs of returning the product are all for the customer. You have to make a copy of the order confirmation and a note on it with the reason for the returning and for which product you want to exchange it. Unstamped return shipments will not be adopted.
Before you send the product back that you wane return, you have to contact our customer service first by sending an e-mail to them about the situation. When you send them an e-mail than you have to say what the order number is your personal information, what the reason is for the return and what you want back for the product.
In case you have to pay some extra money because your new product is more expensive than the product that is send back, then you will get instructions about it.
After the returned product has arrived at Shop for Covers it will be checked, and if the additional payment is done by the customer, then the new product will be send back.
Any price difference after swapping of products in favour of the customer will be refund within 28 days.
SALE –items can only be exchanged for an item with an equivalent price or for an article with a higher price with an additional cost. ITEMS and SALE ITEMS at a DISCOUNT OF 50% or more CANNOT BE EXCHANGED or RETURNED.
If the customer wants to return an article, then this is possible in 10 working days after the customer has the product if it is unworn and undamaged with all the original undamaged labels and packaging, then you can send it back to:

Products with personal customizations like logo's or other non standard cannot be returned.
You have too send a copy of the order confirmation, with the reason why it is send back and your personal information including bank information. Returns without any explanation and personal information will cause delays.
Our customer service has to be informed about in the way by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org then you have to say clearly what the reason was for returning the product, your order number and bank information.
Shop for Covers will charge within 28 days after getting back the product the purchase price minus the shipping costs. The costs of returning are all for yourself.
Will it be the case that you received an other product than ordered, than will we exchange the product without any extra costs. You have to contact us within 3 days after you received the product with our customer service by sending them an e-mail to: email@example.com and send a note with it about the order number and personal information.
In case you received an article that during the delivery is been damaged than this will be exchanged for the same product without any costs.
Shop for Covers reserves the right to refuse returned product if there is any suspicion when it appears that a product has been used or been damaged by others than Shop for Covers.
If it is the case that money should be returned than that will be done within 14 days, after the product is returned. Cost of return will be the bill of the customer.
A returned product that is been damaged by act of the customer will be the risk of the customer. The extra costs and the decrease of the product will be taken off by the price of the buying price of the returned product.
